Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with bunuri. We strive to provide the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods such as food items are non-returnable and non-refundable in accordance with legal regulations (§ 312g Absatz 2 Nummer 2 BGB). We kindly ask for your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bunuri.de. Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Returnable Items

If you purchased non-perishable goods (e.g., accessories or other non-food items), you are entitled to a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@bunuri.de to inform us of your intention to return.
  2. Ship the product back to the address provided in our response.
  3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
