Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping at this time, as we collaborate with small local retailers, including family-run businesses, who depend on fair shipping rates.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via DHL. We currently offer standard shipping only.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders twice a week to ensure efficiency and to give our local retailers the opportunity to focus on procuring exciting new products and serving their local customers. This approach allows us to maintain the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.

Delivery Times

Our goal is for you to receive your orders within 4–6 days after placing them. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control, such as high shipping volumes during holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds for perishable goods (e.g., food items) are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at [your support email]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
