Adjika (Cyrillic Аджика) is a spicy sauce from the Caucasus that is eaten all over Eastern Europe. Dovgan's hot version is built on tomato purée, peppers, carrots and onion, seasoned with garlic and chilli. You get a case of 12 jars, 380 ml each.
