Borscht (Ukrainian Борщ) is the beetroot stew known from Ukraine, Russia and Poland. The jar holds the vegetable base of beetroot, white cabbage, carrots and potatoes; boiled up with water, it becomes the soup. You get a case of 12 jars, 450 g each.
