Gołąbki by Lewandowski – cabbage rolls in tomato sauce
Gołąbki, literally “little pigeons”, are Polish cabbage rolls: white cabbage leaves wrapped around minced meat and rice. Lewandowski fills them with pork and rice, cooks them in a spiced tomato sauce and sterilises them. You get a case of 8 packs, 500 g each.
