Bigos is the Polish cabbage stew, braised from sauerkraut, white cabbage, meat and sausage. Pamapol adds smoked sausages, pork belly, dried mushrooms, plums and juniper, then sterilises the stew. You get a case of 8 packs, 500 g each.
