Rassolnik by Veselka – vegetable stew with pickled cucumbers
Rassolnik (Cyrillic Рассольник) is one of the well-known pickled cucumber dishes in Ukraine and Russia. Veselka makes it as a thick vegetable stew with 35% pickled cucumbers, 30% potatoes, onions, carrots and pearl barley. You get a case of 12 jars, 450 g each.
